Shipping Policy
If the item is not pre-order your order will be shipped in a maximum of 3 days.

Please note: if you have placed an order for a pre-order item, please allow about 3 weeks for the order to be fulfilled. Estimated shipping dates are listed in the product descriptions. Your package will ship as soon as the product arrives to our warehouse. Once your package ships you will receive an email with tracking information for you to follow it's journey.
Return & Exchange Policy
RETURNS
TOXIMANIAC prides itself on making premium clothing at the best prices we can.
Please check the size you buy is the right one looking at the size guide so you do not have any problems with the fitting and you can enjoy your purchase. Unfortunately, our returns are not free at the moment UNLESS the item you bought comes with any default, in this case we will take care of all the shipping fees. The item must be unworn, with tags attached and in original packaging, once it arrives to our warehouse we will proceed your refund. We offer this kind of return within a 15 day window the day you recieve your order. (contact info@toximaniac.com)
TOXIMANIAC reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval.
Please note that all swimwear, sale items and PRE-ORDER products are non-returnable unless faulty.
When returning, please remember to save the delivery receipt to prove it has been sent. It may take between 5 and 10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
EXCHANGES
If you want to exchange an item for another size you will have to return it and make another purchase.
